Return Policy
Thanks for visiting Vaporizers Fast
For our retail customers, we can accept returns of any unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your
order. Ship it back to us for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee and actual shipping and handling charges if customer
received free shipping that is unless the return is a result of a mistake made by us.
Defective Products Returns of any defective products are entitled to replacement only during the manufacturer's warranty period and in
accordance with the manufacturer's warranty return policy. Note that some manufacturers require that the customer seek
replacement with the manufacturer directly. Please include ALL parts and accessories when returning your item.
Before you ship your product back to us, please call the Customer Service Department at 970-964-9109. Inside the box, please include either a copy of
the original Sales Invoice or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. For
our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA
number.
Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items.
Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT to the address listed on the box.

We cannot issue refunds or credits on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
