The Iolite portable vaporizer is butane based unit that is easy to use and easy to carry. Designed to address key consumer requirements such as portability, wireless functionality and a rich herb flavor, the iolite was one of the first portable vaporizers in the market in terms of size and usage and has undergone a few simple yet important changes to arrive at the Iolite Version 2 aka Iolite original that we have today. At just 81 grams and about the size of a mobile phone, the Iolite can easily fit in the palm of the hand or stashed away in your pocket for use on the go. There is no need to plug the Iolite into an electronic outlet as this vaporizer ignites on butane which is easily purchased at any high end smoke shop and is very common and affordable. One fill of butane will typically last for two hours of continuous use. The heating element is made from a patented flame-less catalytic heater and gas thermostat. The built in bi-metal regulator is thermostatically controlled at 374°F/190°C, which is the ideal temperature to for vaporizing without combustion of the plat material.
